Muddlers - American Chestnut Wood (Rare)

Each American Chestnut Muddler was selected from American Chestnut Logs reclaimed from a dismantled 1830s Log Cabin in Nelson Co. Virginia.  Each is individually hand turned to exacting measurements in the local woodworking shop of Tom Villien (Lafayette, Louisiana) and each is hand checkered to allow the release of the juices and oils of the fruits, berries, and herbs in making those famous "Old Fashions" or Mint Julips. This is truly a unique addition to any Bourbon Lovers Bar. This muddler is great for muddling oranges, cherries, and other berries & fruits for that perfect "Old Fashion" or "Mint Julip". They can also be used in the Kitchen to crush garlic, mint, and other spices to release their oils and fragrances.
